Returns and Exchanges Policy
At DunkMore, we are committed to ensuring that every purchase you make meets your expectations. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve provided the steps below for a smooth process. Please take the time to review our full policy to ensure you understand the return guidelines.
If You Received Incorrect or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure that your order is processed accurately. However, if you received incorrect or defective items, we sincerely apologize. Please follow these steps:

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item(s), including any packaging or labels, if applicable.
Once we receive your request, we will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. If necessary, we will send you a replacement item or arrange for a full refund of the defective or incorrect item.
Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s), you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
- Condition of the items: Items must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Original packaging: All returned items must be in their original packaging. This includes any boxes, tags, labels, or protective materials the item was shipped with.
- Return exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from returns. Please review the “Excluded Items” section below for more information.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will proceed with your refund. Please take note of the following:
- Refund amount: We will issue a full refund for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding the return shipping fees. Original shipping costs (if any) are also non-refundable.
- Refund method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Inspection process: All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items that do not meet the return requirements (e.g., used, damaged, or missing packaging) may be rejected, and you may be asked to arrange for the return of the product to you at your own expense.
How to Request a Return
Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Request a Return Form
Email us at info@dunkmore.com and include the following information:
- Order number.
- Email address associated with the order.
- Reason for the return, including any relevant details or photos of the product.
We will send you a Return Form and the address for returns.
Step 2: Send Your Order Back
Once you have received the return form, please:
- Fill out the return form completely and include it in the return package.
- Repack the items securely to prevent any damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
- Label your return package clearly as “Returns” and ensure the correct return address is used.
- Use a trackable and insured shipping service: Please send the return via a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. This will help protect against lost or damaged packages during the return process. Please note that DunkMore is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process if the customer fails to use a traceable service.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return package:
- We will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return conditions.
- Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after the return is confirmed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and depending on your financial institution, it may take a few days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Return Conditions and Guidelines
To ensure that your return is processed efficiently, please review the following return conditions:
- Item condition: Returns must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use or are damaged.
- Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging. If packaging is missing or damaged, it may impact the approval of your return.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover these costs. DunkMore is not liable for return shipping fees and does not reimburse customers for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.
- Return shipping method: Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping service. DunkMore is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed during the return shipping process.
- Return request approval: All return requests must be approved in advance by DunkMore. Unapproved returns will not be processed or refunded.
Excluded Items from Returns
Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized items made to your specifications.
- Hygiene products where the seal has been broken (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, or beauty products).
- Perishable goods such as food items or items with an expiration date.
- Opened media products such as DVDs, CDs, or digital downloads.
- Gift cards, which cannot be returned or refunded.

Note on Return Shipping
As a customer, you are fully responsible for ensuring that the items are returned to us safely and securely. DunkMore cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed returns. We recommend that you use a traceable and insured shipping service when sending your return to ensure that it arrives safely. If the return package does not reach our warehouse, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
We strongly suggest keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is processed and you receive your refund.
