HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER AT DUNKMORE?
Found a DunkMore product you can’t live without? Awesome! Follow these simple steps:
- Select your preferred color and/or size.
- Click on the "Add to Cart" button.
- Want to keep browsing? No problem! You can continue shopping and return to your cart anytime by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
Important: Items in your cart are not reserved, so act quickly if you don’t want to miss out!
When you're ready to complete your order:
- Click on the shopping bag icon to review your DunkMore items.
- Adjust quantities if needed, then click "Checkout Securely".
- On the checkout page, simply fill in all your details and confirm your purchase.
Note: Once your order is completed, it cannot be changed as we process orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Great news! DunkMore covers the shipping costs, so there are no additional fees for delivery.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, every DunkMore order includes Track & Trace!
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a link to your order status page where you can track your package.
Please note: It may take some time for the Track & Trace status to update after shipment.
I WON’T BE HOME DURING DELIVERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a local pickup location. The courier will notify you of the location.
If you don’t pick up the package within 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse.
INCORRECT ADDRESS?
It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. While we process orders quickly, we’ll do our best to correct the issue before shipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?
DunkMore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery shifts to the carrier. If your Track & Trace indicates that the package was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, please contact us.
An investigation will be initiated 14 days after the reported delivery date, and we’ll keep you informed until it’s resolved.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
At DunkMore, we prioritize quick delivery. Orders placed on weekdays before 12 PM (local time) are processed the same day, subject to availability.
Please note that we require an additional 1–3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Many of our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, which can impact delivery times. As these items are sourced globally, delivery may take 5 to 10 business days on average. This timeframe can vary depending on factors like supplier location, customs clearance, and logistics. While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please allow for some flexibility in this estimate.
From January 15th to January 31st, deliveries may take a little longer, typically 15–20 business days. While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
